Orlando Wedding Photographer – Altamonte Springs, Florida

I’m so excited to be blogging Suni & Andy’s gorgeous afternoon wedding in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

My husband and I moved to Central Florida in 2013, when my husband was hired by the Seminole County Fire Department. The first time I met Suni & Andy, was at a celebratory happy hour in honor of the new recruits completing their training. Both Suni & Andy are so warm and welcoming, that it’s pretty impossible to not love them instantly.

When Andy reached out to me last year about possibly capturing his wedding, I was beyond excited. I knew that the wedding would be full of love, laughter, and fun, and I definitely wanted to be a part of it. On the day of their wedding, we arrived at Embassy Suites bright and early. We had a chance to spend some time with both of them while they where getting ready for the wedding ceremony. Suni was so excited, and looked absolutely stunning. Let’s not even get me started on her amazing dress <3 Once everyone was ready to go, we headed out to the Altamonte Chapel.

They had an intimate morning ceremony with their closest family and friends. After the ceremony we headed to Station 11, for some fun bridal portraits. <3

Then, we all headed to a delicious brunch reception, that was followed by lots of dancing, and more importantly, CAKE!

Thanks for letting me and Paul be a part of your special day <3

Destination Wedding Photographer – Silver Spring MD

I’m so excited to be blogging Lindsay & Harrison’s wedding! My husband (Paul) and I met Lindsay & Harrison in 2013 when I was about five months pregnant with Penelope. We had decided that we needed to have a baby moon, so we booked a cruise to the Caribbean for some much needed rest and relaxation. I’m a huge fan of going to the nightly seated dinner when we go on a cruise, and this time was no different. Since me and Paul were traveling solo, we decided to do the assigned seating with other couples – we thought it would be kind of cool to meet other cruisers! That first night at dinner we met Lindsay & Harrison! These two are so incredibly awesome, and us four hit it off immediately! Lindsay is from Overland Park Kansas, which is kind of crazy, since a lot of my close family also lives there! Random! She’s also an incredible blogger – definitely check her out here – like right now! Harrison is pretty much the best realtor in DC, which isn’t surprising since he’s pretty much one of the most charismatic people we have ever met.

After meeting, we pretty much spent the remainder of the cruise together! Yes, there was one other couple at our table, but umm, we don’t like to mention them! LOL! Once the cruise came to an end, we all kept in touch, hoping to one day meet again!

Last year, when Lindsay & Harrison got engaged, they reached out to me about possibly shooting their wedding! I was beyond excited for multiple reasons – 1) We get to hangout with Lindsay & Harrison again, ah!! 2) We get to go to DC (me and Paul had never been) 3) We get to hangout with Lindsay and Harrison! (Did I already say that?)

We extended the trip by a few days to check out everything that DC has to offer. Since these two are so awesome, they invited us to join them on a night time party bus tour of the monuments, along with all of their close friends! Paul and I were welcomed with open arms – all their family and friends are so great, and we had one of the best nights we’ve had in a super long time!

Once the wedding day arrived, we all headed to the Silver Spring Civic Center! The whole day was full of so much love and excitement, and we where so glad to capture it all! One of my favorite parts of the day was the First Look! Lindsay looked dropped dead gorgeous, and Harrison was an emotional roller coaster when he saw her. It was such a beautiful moment!

Here are some of my favorite shots from Lindsay & Harrison’s beautiful wedding day!

Homestead Engagement Photographer – Carolina & Brian

I was so excited to travel to Homestead Florida this week to meet up with Carolina & Brian. Carolina is one of my favorite people in the world, and I couldn’t wait for her and Brian’s engagement session. I met Carolina several years ago at the University of Miami, when we both enrolled in the same MBA program. We became instant friends, and basically spent 2 years with our heads buried in books. Although it was a super intense couple of years, I will forever be thankful for the lifelong friendships we created during that time <3 <3 (You girls know who you are)

Carolina is a lover of horses, and she even rides competitively, so it only seemed natural to head to the stables at the Miami International Riding Club to take some shots with her GORGEOUS horse Maggie!

I’m also pretty excited that I finally got to spend some quality time with Brian <3 He’s such an amazing guy, and is the perfect complement to my ever so quirky Carolina. After the shoot, we all headed back for some SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS home cooking, brought to you by Carolina’s Mom!

Here are some of my favorites from last night!
